These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Clean Slate Projects (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Clean Slate Projects provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Post-construction cleaning
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Turnover and move-in/move-out cleaning
- Debris removal and site cleanup
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Estimates and Pricing
- All quotes are based on the information provided by the client.
- Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs upon arrival or during service.
- Additional charges may apply for extra work not included in the original quote (e.g., heavy debris, hazardous conditions, or extended labour time).
3. Access to Property
Clients must ensure:
- Safe and legal access to the property
- Electricity and water availability where required
- Permission to enter the property at the scheduled time
Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We request at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations upon arrival may be charged partially or in full.
5. Damage and Liability
- We take great care when performing all services.
- However, Clean Slate Projects is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Poor or unsafe property conditions
- Items not properly secured or disclosed
- Structural or material failures during cleaning
- Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
6. Safety and Working Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if:
- The site is unsafe
- Hazardous materials are present (unless previously agreed)
- Conditions pose risk to staff or equipment
Additional safety-related work requirements may result in revised pricing.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.
- We may require deposits for large or commercial projects.
8. Satisfaction Policy
We aim to deliver high-quality results. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours, and we will assess the issue and determine appropriate corrective action if necessary.
9. Use of Photos
We may take before/after photos of completed work for:
- Quality assurance
- Portfolio and marketing purposes
No personal or identifying information will be shared without consent.
10. Website Use
All content on this website is owned by Clean Slate Projects and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated Terms.
